Local community members have taken the time to knit hats for students. We have received donations amounting to over 100 new hats for students! There was such a variety to the designs, colors and sizes!
With all these donated, we had every student come in and pick out a new hat that they enjoyed. Some hats also included matching gloves or scarfs. The remaining hats will stay in our reserve box for students who forget theirs at home and need one for recess.
We want to give a gigantic thank you to all who have knitted and donated such wonderful hats for our students!
